HCS SB 714 -- TEMPORARY LICENSES FOR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS

This bill permits temporary licensing of health care
professionals from other states acting under military orders for
National Guard members.  When a health care professional from
another state is acting pursuant to a Governor's emergency
declaration, licensure will be issued in two-week periods for up
to one year.
